Premium quality, ecological mat emulsion paint for use on interior walls. It is certiﬁed according to the criteria of the European Union Ecolabelling Board (EUEB). Very Low odor paint during and after its application. Near zero VOC content. PREPARATION - APPLICATION

PREPARATION

Surfaces should be smooth, clean and dry, free from grease, dust, loose or ﬂaking paint. Vitex Eco is directly applied on already painted surfaces as long as the old paint is sound.
To ﬁll any cracks or holes use Acrylic Putty or Visto.
Old surfaces previously covered with water paints or distempers (lime wash or ceiling white) should be primed with Acrylan Unco Eco.
New surfaces made of plaster, concrete, cement, plasterboard, etc. should be ﬁrst primed with Acrylan Unco Eco.
Surfaces stained from smoke, grafﬁty, coffee or any other kind of stain should ﬁrst be primed with Blanco Eco.

APPLICATION

Stir well before use. Apply two coats by roller, brush or by spray gun diluted up to 10% with water. Do not apply at temperatures below 5οC, above 35οC and/or relative humidity above 80%.

It is touch-dry after 30-60 minutes and can be recoated after 3-4 hours. Drying time depends on weather conditions (humidity and temperature). Allow at least 3 weeks before cleaning and washing newly painted surfaces with Vitex Eco. Wash gently with water using a soft sponge. In case of bad stains, use a mild colourless detergent or soapy water. After paint application, seal the pail and store it in temperatures between 5οC and 35οC for future use.

Tools must be cleaned immediately after use with water and if needed with soapy water or a detergent. Do not dispose of liquid waste into ground water table. Unused paint requires special handling for safe disposal. Advice regarding disposal and collection should be sought from the local authority.
