Cold Galvanizing Primer
It is an excellent anticorrosive epoxy primer, rich in zinc dust. It gives high and long lasting anticorrosive protection. It is suitable for priming metallic surfaces such as pumps, pipes and metallic constructions in industrial environment and seaside areas.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces should be cleaned with Brush Solvent T 300, be smooth and dry, free from dust, grease or rust and sanded (a good sanding is required for newly galvanized surfaces).
APPLICATION
Stir well before use. Apply one or two coats by roller, brush or airless spray gun diluted up to 5% with Spray Gun Solvent T 350. When the coating is thoroughly dry, sand with an appropriate abrasive paper, remove the dust and then apply any Vitex’s enamel water based or solvent based paint.
