EUMARIA EPOXY LIGHT FILLER is a two-component, solventless epoxy based low density filler with a very durable polymer structure. Ideal for use above and below the waterline. Excellent water and physical stress resistance. Suitable for filling big surfaces (made of steel, aluminium, GRP, wood, etc.)
All surfaces to be coated should be previously primed with EUMARIA EPOXY PRIMER. Make sure they are clean, dry and free from con-tamination. The temperature should be at least 3°C above the dew point. Mix the two components thoroughly to a uniform color. After 2 hours the product cannot be used.
Application with spatula, trowel, knife, batten. A max DFT of 6mm per application is recommended to minimize air entrapment. Start with thin coats and allow to cure. Multiple coats may be necessary to fill large areas. After drying sand with P40-P150 grade paper.
