SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces should be cleaned with Brush Solvent T 300, be smooth and dry, free from dust, grease or rust and sanded. Glossy metal surfaces (aluminum, galvanized steel etc) should be first coated with Primer for Glossy Surfaces or Wash Primer.

APPLICATION

Stir well before use. Apply two coats by short hair roller or brush without dilution or airless spray gun diluted up to 15% with Spray Gun Solvent T 350. Paint quickly and carefully to ensure proper coating of the surface and obtain complete isolation from humidity, especially in difficult to paint spots, such as corners and edges. Best protection is provided with a 100 μm dry film thickness, which is formed by applying two coats of Direct-1. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C, above 35°C and/or relative humidity above 80%.

It is touch dry after 30-60 minutes and can be recoated after 2-3 hours, otherwise after 7 days. Drying time depends on weather conditions (humidity and temperature). Allow at least 30 days before cleaning and washing newly painted surfaces with Direct-1.

Tools must be cleaned immediately after use with Spray Gun Solvent T 350.
